Looking Forward

Hello friends! Miss me? I’ll tell you where I’ve been, hitting the gym of course. It is that time of year after all. I’ve been delaying my New Year’s post because I’ve been trying to come up with one word that would encompass what I hope to accomplish this year but alas, I cannot think of one. So I am sticking with resolutions after all. I’m taking a cue from one of my favorite vloggers, Gabby Bernstein and her 14 Ways to Make 14 Miraculous, and I’ve found myself a “resolution running buddy”.

Everyone meet, Tashina from Logical Harmony! She’s rad, you should totally follow her on IG. That’s where I found her when we were both reading May Cause Miracles. She’s super motivating and encouraging. You will love her. I swear it.

And now, I reveal the resolutions…

I want to continue on my miraculous spiritual journey. I started reading A Course In Miracles in August and I’ve been loving it. I’m hoping to finish the course this year as a follow-up to May Cause Miracles.

Next up, get that hot wedding body! The plan is to follow the Tone It Up workout plans and continue to eat healthy by cooking my way through Crazy Sexy Kitchen. Right now I’m following the Love Your Body challenge with the Tone It Up girls. In addition to completing daily workouts with weights, the challenge includes 100 miles of cardio by Valentines Day. Join me, seriously, do it. It helps that my resolution running buddy is doing the challenge too 🙂

Last but not least, is to really get my online shop going. Like really going. Big big plans there. So if you see less of me here, that’s why. I’m taking a more advanced jewelry class and for the business end, I signed up for Mario Forleo‘s B-School. I am super pumped for that to start.

I also like to have at least one silly beauty resolution. Last year it was to get comfortable in lipstick, done. This year I want to perfect cat eye liner. I’m going to go through lots of this.

So yeah, lot’s to look forward to! What about you?

  1. Omigosh lady, you’re doing so many exciting things this year!! I only made it about 1/8th into A Course in Miracles, it’s not a light read that’s for sure. Your post makes me want to pick it up again more seriously. AND B-School??! That’s so rad, I can’t wait to hear more about it! xoxo

    • ACIM is INTENSE for sure! Let me know if you pick it back up. I am SO excited for BSCHOOL, I did the early registration so I could do a longer payment plan, so happy I did because there is just no way I would have had the discipline to save up for it.

  2. I’m so excited to be doing this journey with you! It’s been really motivation to me to know that I have someone else in there with me – to check in with, to keep me going, etc. Especially when it comes time for me to start ACIM. I’m really nervous about it because it’s SUCH a big thing. A big project with constant learning, but also big rewards at the end and then starting it all over again. It’s great that we found each other. I feel like the timing was so perfect!
